Krav Maga is now taking off all over the world and is the fastest growing martial art in the UK. This is a practical and tactical system which teaches how to prevent, deal with and overcome all kinds of violence and attacks. Krav Maga prepares the trainees in the subjects of self defence, self protection, fighting and combat skills as well as skills to defend others. Regular training for these classes costs £30 per month if you train 4 sessions per month, £45 for 8 sessions per months and £55 for 12 sessions per month. Regular students are also required to pay a small yearly membership to cover admin, insurance and a club T-shirt. The Company and Seniors group is for those from the ages of 11, up to 18 and meets from 7pm to 9pm. You can take part in six camps a year and boys also attend competitions.= in activities such as  5-aside football, darts, table-tennis and many others. It's all about learning new skills, making your own decisions and having fun. You will find a safe environment to explore new possibilities and achieve personal goals while making friends and having adventures. There will be plenty of opportunity to take part in football, hockey and many other games and there is also the chance to work towards badges to show your achievements.
