 *Your Name: In order to publish your event, you must include your full name. This information is not published and is simply so we know which lovely people are sharing their events with the world.
 *Your Email Address: Your email address is required so that we can let you know when we've published your event and check details with you if we need more info about your event. Your email address will not be published.

Event Details
 *Title: This is the title of the event. The more descriptive and interesting it is, the better, as this is the first thing users of the website will see of your event
 *Event Date: This is the date of your event. If your event is taking place on several dates, this is the start date. Use the Calendar icon icon to help select a date.


Start Time: This is the time that your event is due to start. It's a 12 hour clock so make sure you remember to select either AM or PM


End Time: This is the time that your event is due to finish. It's a 12 hour clock so make sure you remember to select either AM or PM No End Time: Tick this box if you don't know the time the event is due to finish.
Override Times: If your event is going to be an all day event without a fixed start or end time, like a festival, tick this box. It's worth knowing that this won't show the website users any start or end times so use this option carefully!


Event Cost: This is how much it costs to get into or take part in the event. If it costs anything, you must put how much, in this box. If it's a free event, just put the word 'Free' and then remember to select 'Free' in the event categories below (it's a big selling point so don't be affraid to shout about it).

POW is Worcestershire's name for the Extended Services Disadvantaged Subsidy which is a Central Government funded project. The funding is designed to subsidise access to out of school hours activities for children and young people who are eligible for free school meals and those that are in care. What is POW funding? Event Recurrence Information
 (Check If Recurring)Recurring Event: If your event is taking place over several days (like a festival, residential or trip) or if it's a regular session i.e. an event that takes place every week, then tick the 'Event Recurs' box and tick the relevant period i.e. if your event is on for 2 or more days in a row, select 'Daily'. If your event is happening every other day, select 'Every..." and then enter how often it's happening. If your event is repeated every week or every month select the appropriate option or if it's on every weekday (Mon-Fri) then select 'All Weekdays'.

 Recurs Until: If your event is recurring (repeating or running over several days) put the date of the last day your event will be taking place in this box. Use the Calendar icon icon to help select a date.


Event Categories


*Short Break (AHDC) category events are those identified by the Aiming Higher for Disabled Children Service as being suitable for children and young people with disabilities or complex health needs. Click here for more information.

Location / Venue Information
Preset: We've got an ever-expanding database of event venues and locations, if your event is taking place at a venue or location already shown in the preset list, just select it and we'll fill in the rest of the details. If you can't find your venue or location in the list, then enter it's name and address in the boxes below.
*Venue Name (Required): Enter the name of the venue or location where your event or activity is taking place.
*Venue Address: Want people to come to your event? If so, these boxes are pretty essential. Put the street address / number etc here.
*Town / City: Want people to come to your event? If so, these boxes are pretty essential. Put the name of the village, town or city where the event is happening i.e. Bromsgrove...

*Postcode: If you know the postcode for the venue or location put it here. We use the postcode to provide visitors to the site with directions, travel options and lots of other stuff so it really helps if you can put it in.
Country (Optional): You don't have to bother with this box unless your event is taking place outside of the UK (and if it is, then you might not want to submit your event on this site because we're all about promoting great events in Worcestershire)
