POW! Funding - What's it all about?

Aiming High for Disabled Children



Worcestershire’s Aiming High for Disabled Children Programme seeks to help children and young people with disabilities and complex health needs access positive activities, thereby giving a parent or carer the opportunity to have a short break from caring.

To further broaden the range of available activities and make them even easier to find, the Aiming High for Disabled Children service (AHDC) has teamed up with Plug&Play.
